Profi Case surface coatings are three types of products. The first type is alginate casings, which are formed directly in the process of stuffing sausage on special equipment by coextrusion. The alginate case is suitable for the production of various products - meat sticks, “kabanossi”, grill sausages, vegetarian products with a diameter from 8 to 32 mm.
The second type is gelatin coatings for forming decorative case on the surface of sausages and whole muscle products.
The third type is protective tauhmasses that give the product an attractive glossy appearance and at the same time protect against premature spoilage (mold) and reduce product weight losses during the storage.
