Emulsifiers Profi Emulsion have high emulsifying and water-binding properties and are developed to reduce the risk of formation of broth-fat separation, to prepare emulsions from fatty raw materials, that allows to standardize the quality of finished products, especially when using fats with a low melting point.

Profi Emulsion can be used as in «pre-prepared» emulsions as in dry form in the recipe of product.
